Facilities
Techwood¡¯s factory in China-Shenzhen has equipped with 13 middle-high speed SMT machines (YAMAHA¡¢PANASONIC and MIRAE SMT machine) and 7 iron solder stoves build up 7 SMT and solder lines, 3 mobile phone lines, 1 bluetooth lines, 1 Car Navigator lines and 1 Digital Photo Frames (including inserting, solder machine, assembling and packing lines).The company can produce all kinds of lead and lead-free for mobile phone, audio and video products.

Our company is very strict with quality, taking the quality policy is according to the international Acceptable Quality Level standard and quality circle procedures. The product had passed ISO9000£º2000, CE¡¢FCC¡¢BQB, ROHS certifications. We have the X-light machine, ROHS machine£¬signal source for product testing and founded very professional test lab, adding the whole aging house, the IQC, IPQC, FQC, and the OQC had made the strongest quality circle.
